That's pretty cool! Does anyone know who we can contact about changes? GHFS is placed at least 2 kilometers wrong :-) and we might also want to change our description text.

Not really. You can't edit anything that way. But I now found out that you should contact the map administrators via the HEMA Alliance Forum.

Hello all. I just found this thread so I apologize for the delay in responding. I am the creator of the HEMA group finder. This tool was born out of my frustration of trying to find find local groups when I first began European Martial Arts. It is open to the entire European Martial Arts Community.

You are both correct-

You can register and enter your own group's information (even if it's already listed) . The entry that you add will be editable only by you and the aministrator. If you add a duplicate location, then you should contact Mr. Froster to ask him to delete the old entry on the map. You may also contact me if you like to make changes(harold.tow@gmail.com).

Again, my apologies for the process. The software is somewhat limited with regard to ADMIN options.

I should also note that the map is limited to 500 locations. Therefore, In order to make room for future growth, the HEMA Group Finder has been broken down into five regions:

Western Europe
Eastern Europe
North America
South America
Australia, New Zealand and Outremer

Please contact me if you don't see your particular area of study represented and I will create an ICON for it on the group finder.

Cheers,

Harry Tow :D

In order to better manage the HEMA Alliance Group Finder, I have now added new maps for:

1) the British Isles

2) Scandinavia & Greater Norden

Please let PM me for any corrections, omissions or deletions that need to be made.
