Armed Combat and Tactics (ACT) Seminar in Conwy - 20/21 June

Hey Guys and Gals,

My names Nathan and I'm currently undergoing instructor training under Alex Zhelezniak of ACT Israel.
I'm based in Chester but give lessons in Conwy at the premises run by Bryan Tunstall of the Knight shop fame.

In June 2009 about the 3rd week, Alex will coming over to give a 2 day seminar.
The exact dates are yet to be confirmed but I thought I'd put the word out there.

ACT studies the use of European Longsword, banana, Knife, Bolo, Short Baton, Jo and spear.
The main emphasis in ACT is full strength non sportive fighting with as few rules as possible.
Some of you will have met Alex and some of his students at last years Fightcamp and the Open Championship in Germany.
As most will also know Alex spars with padded weapons and will be bringing these over for use at the seminar.

The ACT seminar will be taking place in Conwy on the weekend of the 20th and 21st of June.

The cost will be £50 for the weekend or £25 if you can only make one of the two days.

There will be lots to learn and lots of sparring with swords, knives and bolo.

Unfortunately, the ACT seminar in June has had to be cancelled due to unforseen circumstances.

We will be trying to bring Alex over in the winter instead.
