That would be fun! I´ll talk to them about it. One of the guys in the Companie of St Sebastian lives just 10km from aktiviteten. He might be able to help out and he has a few real warbows he might show at such seminar/show. Could be fun.

there is a football field outside.. if we putt up something that would catch arrows??

I try to get hold of a net for arrowstopping. But if we try to shoot far a footballfield is too short! But we could do targetshooting at a 100 paces maybe! Fun anyway! Thanx Magnus!

Yeah I wonder about finding places to shoot. There's a massive park around where I live, I wonder if I could get away shooting at like 6/7am or so...

Shooting on public land is very unwise and likely to get you arrested.

Yeah I thought that would be the case, even early morning. I guess I can visit my grandfather a bit more since he has all that set up.

Ah well. I really should get more into archery.

Archery has it easy. Try finding a piece of land to shoot firearms without a neighbour complaining.

Lovely bows i have started making some myself recently too and have a similar draw length. Luckily the local school allows me shoot in their field on weekends though people are still stupid enough to try play football on it when they see me shooting
Sadly over the past year with college i have not been able to shoot nearly as much as i want.
I remeber being at a show where they were allowing kids shoot blunts at a knight but being in 13th c stuff he had no breastplate etc ten minutes in he came back with a buckler to cover his valuables

Really that is amazing to me. In my forty some odd years I can not remember ever not being around firearms.
