It's been nearly ten years since I had owt off him and it was best described as "sturdy", the best comparison would be Armourclass.
His email was slow back then but his service was fast- I got an email saying "Sent packet two days ago, send me the money when it arrives" and it was with me the next day, a full two weeks before the quoted delivery date.
