Advice: Peter Regenyei contact?

Postby Schnazel » 14 Oct 2011 13:09

Hi,
I'am not quite sure, whether it's the right forum or not. Pardon me, if its not.
I've got a sword from peter regenyei, and I'am very satisfied with it.
Now I would like to order a new one. I've tried to contact him for two weeks now, but couldnt make contact.
Perhaps I somehow went into his spam folder?
Does anybody know anything? Perhaps he's on holliday?

Thank you everybody,
Marcel

I have also tried to mail him in the past week, without response.
Maybe there is other contact data? Then I would like to know as wel.

Hi,
I've tried every contact I got from him, 2 weeks ago. No response, yet.
I hope I'll get him on line sometime soon, I need a sword :X

I heard from Krisztina today, he is overwhelmed with e-mails and work, so it could take a while, or a mail might have gotten lost.

Hey!

Ivan just mentioned to us that there were questions about Peter's availability in this forum.

We are glad that we have found this topic, and I would like to forward Peter's message:

Hi all,

Glad to find your questions, unfortunately (or luckily...) I have a lot of work to do, and I have been ill in the last two weeks, so there might be a few emails that I haven't replied yet.

I will try to answer to everyone this weekend.

But if anyone doesn't get answer within weeks, please re-send the message (regenyeipeter@gmail.com), because rarely it happened that emails got lost in spam filter, or write an email to Kriszta (nk.atos.87@gmail.com).

Thanks for your patience, best regards,

Regenyei Péter

And all the best, Nagy Krisztina

Hey,

Some update to Peter's contact and sword orders.
The homepage is available:
http://regenyei.sg18.net/en_index.html

Here you can find the link to the Feder order instructions.
http://regenyei.sg18.net/pdf/order_en.pdf

Peter is fortunately really busy nowadays, and it is a bit difficult to keep track of the delivered swords, especially the custom orders. That means, if you ask a sword 'like the previous one', we most likely have to ask you to be a bit more specific. We apologize for this, we are working on making the administration more effective, but it is not an easy thing to do.
So in case of any new topic of order, modifications and requests, please include photos and measurements of what you think of, or the above mentioned specifications of feders.

I would like to add that please when you write him or me with any request, include your name/school name and the type of sword you are ordering in the topic of the mail. In Peter's mailbox (and a great part of mine too) there are only sword related letters :) So we have already lost e-mails, because the topic was 'sword' or 'sword order' etc. and they just landed in a years old thread with the same title.

We plan to include this in the order instruction form as well, I hope it happens soon.
Both my and his address are still in use and available, but you can find the official mailbox in the form as well.

All the best,
Krisztina
