Thanks for everything Neil, it was a joy, if a little bit painful on the odd occasion :wink:

I will definitely be carrying out some drills in the back garden to try and not let what I have learnt go to waste. And I am sure I will be along for a couple of informal sparring sessions.

Enjoy your new house and the training.

I look forward to the point in the future when SG7 reopens.

I will definetely try to hold at least two informal sessions a month even if they are just an hours sparring practice.

My leg was hurting like hell on friday. Seems okay now. also picked up a waffle print on my head at some point!

I don't know if you're interested, but I have a couple of weeks when I'm not fencing (translation, I'm bored), and I know we discussed the possibility of my bringing some sabre gear down and comparing sabre technique to things like stick work. If anyone might be interested on doing an informal session on that sort of thing, let me know.

There are no formal SG7 classes running at the moment, but I believe Neil may be occasionally having training sessions with a person or two.
