I just joined the forum, and actually am a complete novice to HEMA (starting just now) a well.
Nice to meet you all, the name is Fabio, from Sicily (southern Italy)
I've been watching Matt's videos on youtube for a while and I must say I've been impressed by how clear explanations are and how easy it is to apply them. Thanks a lot Matt!
