These photographs may be of interest for some. The pictures of the Hadendoa were taken some time around the end of the second world war, one guy can be seen drawing a cascara from it's scabbard, and in another picture there is what looks like some kind of ritualised sparring accompanied by the beat of a drum. I recently came into possession of the daggers below, they are very interesting and unique weapons I think, they were quite possibly originally owned by one of the people in the pictures. https://www.flickr.com/photos/48365038@ ... 6698987649
