A Special Piece of Royal Dragoon History

Postby JustJulian » 26 May 2016 14:48

Hello again friends;

in a recent post, MattS mentioned he had a sword that was owned by a Royal Dragoon officer, and it reminded me of something very special we have here in the Royal Canadian Dragoons archives that i'd like to share with all of you - a very old Drum Banner of the 1st Royal Dragoons

Of course! Thank you for viewing! When I was first assigned to this post I never knew what amazing pieces of history we had! I plan on sharing much more like this as I find / acquire them in the future.

History like this should be shared with the world.

Lol alas, after many a half hearted attempt, the "restricted access" signs prevent my conscious from allowing me to remove anything from my artifacts room :(
