There used to be an english version of his book posted online at one of the Scandanavian universitiy Web sites, however the links no longer work to this.

Anyone know where I can get my hands on the English translations?

I'd check with either Jeroen, or Kirk Spencer. IIRC, they are both SME's on the topic.
