On Traditional Belgian Longsword Rules

Matt Galas has written extensively on the tournament practices of Belgian longsword guilds.

Guidelines for Running a Traditional Franco-Belgian Tournament (2012)

Historical Rule-Sets (2010)

During a forum discussion I wanted to quote some excerpts from the original Flemish texts together with
Matt's translations, but I haven't been able to find these original texts.

Were they published somewhere?
Are there any YT video of Matt's lectures on Belgian fencing guilds in Dijon (2005, 2006) or at IGX (2010)?
