What manuals are there for Broadsword and also with dirk and targe plays with broadsword?

There are several sources for the use of the broadsword alone, such as Roworth, Angelo, and others. There are very few sources for the use of broadsword and targe, just McBane, Page, and the Penicuik sketches. There are no sources for broadsword and dirk, at least not of which I am aware.
