How would you see it, if I forgot about swords for some time and seeked to specialize in daggers, spears and staves (which have been my first love in wma)?

Alex, the matter is that research takes time, if one risks desert classes and or few or no reads of his work...
Once I didn't care of such things, but I got unexpected feedback for moderate work and discouraging feedback for massive work.

Do it, especially the spear and other pole arms.

Not enough work has been done for them, that i've found.
