Who is this sword made by? Hanwei copy?

Just noticed this on ebay:

I don't know anyone who makes the so called 'Albrect II' sword other than Hanwei. This sword has the detailing of the hanwei sharp, but a blade nothing like either of the hanweis have ever used, coupled with a price tag below either. The proportions do exactly match the hanwei fittings and even the cheapy leather on the grip looks the same, so who has made this sword? Is it a Hanwei copy that we hear rumours of? I would also note that its listed as 'custom manufacture', and not using the Hanwei name anywhere, which at this price tag would be a selling point, any thoughts?
