Excellent - thanks! I've read the 1914 text and look forward to seeing how the earlier book differs.

Yep, it's differ : 1904 -> 1918 : more and more details, and a "contextual adaptation" (thank google trad^^), but the same base. ( It's That i've try to explain during a workshop, in the Dijon 2012 event.)
