Contained within 'Instructions for the exercise and service of Great Guns on board Her Majesty's Ships' - From page 61:

This seems to be Angelo's original cutlass exercise, as it contains the use of all 3 Positions, recovering to 1st Position with every parry. This was dropped by the 1859 Cutlass Exercise (which was published after Angelo's death and therefore we don't currently know the author of the 1859 work).
