A fencing pamphlet - Hungarian sabre fencing as women's exercise - written by Norbert Sztrakay (pronunciation: Strakai).

With this 50-page pamphlet the author tried to popularize old school Hungarian sabre fencing among women. It consists of the following:

Introduction
Chapter 1 - Gymnastics and women's exercises
Chapter 2 - Foil and sabre fencing
Chapter 3 - Fencing and gymnastics
Chapter 4 - Hungarian sabre fencing as women's exercise
Chapter 5 - Appendix (About Hungarian fencing competitions, An open remark on the first Hungarian fencing competition, On the latest competition (May 12-13, 1895), A poem about fencing)
