Thanks very much! Very interesting find. I didn't know there was a sequel. I enjoyed reading through the 1861 original, though.

Say, does the google book of the 1864 sequel not work for anyone else?

Only the first few pages are there - the rest are blank.

Does anyone have a proper copy of the whole thing, by any chance?
