Not sure whether I should post this here or in the 19th century section, but here:

is a pdf containing a 1887 publication of Petter's book, with what appears to be the original Dutch text (I haven't checked fully), and a german translation.

L'Academie de l'admirable Art de la Lutte (1712) is a French translation of Nicolaes Petter's 1674 book.
