Dreynevent 2012

Hi Folks,

I just want to inform you, that of course the Dreynevent will take place as usual

Date: Feb. 10th - 12th 2012 - from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Location: as always, the TGM in Vienna

Short overview of the program so far...

Martin Enzi - langes Messer beginners and advanced class and a lecture about the developement of the messer
alex zalud - spada da latto
alex kiermayer - Degen (smallsword) Kreuszler and a train the trainer workshop
wolfgang ritter - armoured combat
anton kohutovic - zornhau - zwerchhau
andrea zottel - girad thibault
reinier von noort - smooth proof - peter bailly
dierk hagedorn - from violence to eloquence (I like this title ) how to interpretate manuscripts
harry winter - lignitzer sword/buckler plays
dreynschlag - PH Mair peasant weapons demonstration (sickle, scythe, flail, club)

the list is not finished yet, but it is almost.

unfortunatelly the registration isn't open so far, because we made a new event website and there we have some problems with some scripts because the server is not prepared for the scripts. well we are still working on this problem :-/

please also keep in mind that we will limit the attendance this year to 150 people max. because of safety and cosyness reasons

well so much to the next years event!

after one day... we have 75 registrations... so there are only 75 slots left!!!!

Seems like you have some problems with the database. A lot of people, including myself have some random values on the accomodation and merchandise.

okay, so please just tell what was to much or wrong... I need to check the it with our programmer.

funny thing is, that we have made almost 100 testregistration and have been fine, so I guess this will take some time to find an error.

never the less thx for the info, we will work on that and so far please us via the contact form what was wrong in your registration

I know for three people for sure that had errors.
For me, it said I ordered one of each shirt, size S, Lea ordered 4 XL shirts, and Alen didn't get any accomodation.
I sent the mail the first day, and it got fixed, thanks

error is removed. there have been ghost entries in the database from our test-regs.

we opened our registration site again.

BUT your registration will come to an extra list. a list for late comers.

as soon as you would the possibility to run up to the official attendees list, we will contact you per mail.

we are really sorry, that we don't can handle more people, but inside the TGM there is no more room than for the 150-160 people.

and it already is the biggest location in vienna with almost 3000 m2 in total (halls only of course )
