I would love to go. We'll see though. Maybe we can organise another road trip.

Hm. What would be the cheapest way to get there from Croatia?

Hi Ivan.

Hm...train ? Or driving ? Though I suppose you can get cheap flights if you do things well in advance.

Actually I don't know, but I'll ask around.

Thank you.
I looked for cheap flights, but the cheapest one lands in Genevé, and costs 200€ with a return ticket, and that's a charter flight.
Looked for trains, but with no results.

trains are runnig quite a lot... most of them directly from zürich.

so for you it would be possible to run from zagreb to graz, from graz to zürich, from zürich to dijon.

this would work quite well I think, but the traveltime.... uff

If anybody could forward news about this event, the website, and all things related, to other relevant forums (like SFI that for some reason I cannot acces - not being home at the moment might explain - but also your local forums/news places/internet hangouts ), I'd be immensely grateful.

Though I suppose you did already.

Thanks

Dear friends

The event is far from fully booked. So if you want to attend, please, please register before April 4th.

We need the information provided by the registration forms before the said date to fully prepare this event.

Past this date, we can't provide full accomodation nor a significant amount of what's part of the traditionnal Dijon package.

So please hurry up and send me your forms. Cme have fun with us in Dijon :)

It is always excellent to hear that a strong Swedish contingent will be joining us :D . This does rather beg the question as to which of my fellow Scholarites will be joining me in Burgundy.
So, who else from Schola will be going to Dijon?

And before you remind me Fab, my registration form will be in the post within the hour and my fee will be transfered this evening  .

This is going to be a sad year indeed for Schola at events... Thanks to the exchange rate and various other factors, I am likely to be the only other Schola person in Dijon! (and I almost had to pull out)
Glad to hear that you're going Tim.

'Gorblimey guv'nor! That is bad news. I mean the bit about Matt and I likely to be the only ones there, not the fact that Matt will be there. Obviously. Well, you know what I mean.

Seriously, though, it is a bit of a disappointment to see such a drastic drop in numbers from last year. Incontavertable proof that this recession is not just a figment of the journalistic imagination :? .

It seems, Matt, that you and I will have to make up for everyone who is not there. A beer for each and every one of the usual Schola Dijon crowd. Not that I would ever encourage stumbling through the streets of Dijon in the early hours in the morning whilst sloshed, you understand. 'Specially not if there were Swedes involved  .
